How to remove a virus "XP Security 2012" from my computer

Dear Sir/Madam,

My computer was infected with the virus named: "XP Security 2012" and the computer can't be connected

with the internet anymore. What I have tried included 1) fully scanned the computer

using "Microsoft Security Essentials", but it could'nt remove the

virus 2) ran the computer in a safy mode, but it still could not be

connected to websites 3) downloaded "spyware Doctor" to a portable driver from other

computer and copied it to my infected computer. After clicking on it, it could not work.

4) I was told from the info shown on my computer that there are two wireless connections in my

computer and I guess that my present connection is a fade wireless connection.

Could anybody give me the suggestions, so that I can clean my computer and let it work again?
