Posted December 23, 201113 yr I'm having difficulty with Remote Assistance. I'm able to connect successfully using either an invitation file or offerra however when I connect the screen displayed on the helpers computer is skewed on about a 45degree angle, it appears to be some sort of display issue. The test systems I'm using are Dell laptops (Latitude E6320) any ideas on what might be causing this?
