Cursor erractic

I am having a very annoying problem.

My cursor keeps on jumping from the input position to somewhere else acceoting typing in diferents positions or not entering type at all.

Seems that it has something with refreshing Internet Explorer tabs or pages.

Can someone help telling me where must I start looking for solution.

 

Ps. Now and than my touch pad is not able to move the pointer t

o where I want it,
