How do I access quarantinefolder in Microsoft Security Essentials

I accepted to put a file in quarantine on the suggestion of Microsoft Security Essentials.

But later I found out that this was a false negative and would like to reset the file but I cant find out how to access the quarantine area in Microsoft Security Essentials.

How do you do this?
