My computer's firewall has been completely gone due to malware and virsus.

When I try and use recommended settings I get a error code 0x80070424. My OS is windows 7 premium 64 bit.

 

Also in my services I cannot find windows firewall. I think i have already gotten rid of the malware but am still currently re-scanning

for 10 hours. I have downloaded "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" and Microsoft Security Essentials.
