Sysprep Fails - 0x0f00a5 error

We are having frequent issues Syprepping our PCs prior to capturing a ghost image using Altiris. Sysprep fails almost immediately and the setuperr.log shows:

I can find little help with this error anywhere. Can anyone shed any light on this?
