Blank Preview Page and Blank Printing

The only thing that shows is the footer, which shows the temp folder as the file location.

Followed the steps at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973479 with no change in behavior.

Uninstalled reinstalled IE8. Also no change.

What do I do next?
