I used the OCT for Office 2010 SP1 to create a standard transform for our business. Once Office installs on Win7 x86 (with SP1), Windows Update is not detecting missing security updates. However, if I scan the PC with MBSA, it does show the missing post-SP1 security updates as applicable. What is causing this? Is there a known fix or workaround?

When manually installing Office, upon first run of the app, it will prompt to use Windows Update to receive Office updates. Is there a similar setting in the OCT that will "hook" Office into the Windows Update Agent?
