Registry problem with Windows 7 Home Premium OA

Hi everyone,

I have an ASUS laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium OA, and I have a registry problem which doesn't allow me to startup Windows in any mode except for "Startup Repair" which reports that I have a registry error!

Can anyone help me to fix my registry, with only cmd available and no DVD ??

Alternatively, how can I get a DVD containing Windows 7 Home Premium OA.

Please note that my laptop came with Win 7, and I have a Microsoft sticker with the serial number
