Office Suite 2010: Unable to keep customed ribbon settings

Hi there - I am having issue keeping my user's cutomised ribbon that for some reason when they logoff, whatever ribbons they have set goes away when they log back in.

My users are in a roaming profile environment and they login to terminal server.

Please advise mates.
