Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I changed the configuration of a Windows XP Professional Dell D620 laptop. Specifically I changed the computer name and deleted the domain and replaced it with a Workgroup. I was required to reboot the computer. When the log in prompt came back I tried to login using "\", "", and "\" and none worked. How do I need to qualify the username to be able to log into the computer?
