Guest Reproman Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 I need help in fuguring out why Vista rejects the HP LaserJet 5200DTN driver when we print from Autocad 2008. For some reason it allows for us to print an 8.5x11 page but it will crash if you choose any other type of page size. This is what Autocad generates each time. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: acad.exe Application Version: 23.1.51.0 Application Timestamp: 45d00500 Fault Module Name: StackHash_4ecb Fault Module Version: 6.0.6001.18000 Fault Module Timestamp: 4791adec Exception Code: c0000374 Exception Offset: 00000000000a6e97 OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.6 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 4ecb Additional Information 2: 06e55117a447f0d91e03ad02a75559f3 Additional Information 3: febf Additional Information 4: 37176fec84c1c143f6a670f28322e6b0 Now Autocad is not offering any assistance and neither is HP. I did see however that under windows update, Microsoft released new files that allowed for the HP Designjet 5500 drivers (PS3 and RTL) to be used in a Vista x64 environment. This being the case i am sure that this has become a known issue with more Autocad users that have begun to cut over to Vista x64. Our current environment has the print queues residing on a Windows 2003R2 server with SP2. We updated as suggested and still continue to have the same problems. Any search to the Problem signature above yields no answers. The closest I got was the StachHash errors yall are experiencing with Oulook. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
