Sync OneNote Mobile (WM6.5) with desktop (OneNOte 2010)

Please I need your help about a parcial sync between an smartphone with WM6.5 and my notebook, Outlook 2010 32b, Windows 7 Professional 64b

Example, I have a note OneNote mobile, and the same in my OneNote on the notebook.

If I edit the note on the phone, and sync as usual, there is no actualization on my notebook.

I can do that in the reverse mode, editing on my notebook, actualization OK on the phone.

I am trying to convert almost 300 Outlook Notes that was imposible to sync, but also this way I have problems.
