BgInfo --> Referance Image / Login Window

Hi All

I need to display System Information on desktop and used "BgInfo" from SystemInternals.

I have following concernes while considering the image design.

1. If user change the desktop theme, the System Info not more visible. --> How to enforce that BgInfo works disregard to any wallpaper /theme.

2. Also, using BgInfo did not shows information when machine is locked / login screen. --> How to solve this issue?.
