Posted December 18, 201113 yr I have an XP installation infected with Win 32 Alureon E, which Microsodt Safety Sweeper says has been 'partially removed'. What exactly does this mean, and what steps should I now take to restore my system? At present, Windows XP will not load properly, and System Restore will not work.
