Posted December 18, 201113 yr What is SYSTEM FIX. It just showed up yesterday and wanted to scan and fix my hard drive. Then it wants me to go to "live help" and buy an updated program. I did not buy anything, but now on start menu it says the documents and programs are empty. Also in Explorer Window no programs or doctuments show up. Restaarted computer many times, started in safe mode but cannot get to anything. boots up normally until Windows Exlporer(internet) opens up then many errors come up. " Windows - Delayed Write Failed" "Failed to save all the components for file\\System32\\00007efb. The file corrupted or unreadable. This errormay be caused by a PC hardware problem."
