Paul Thurrott's Supersite for Windows

Apple this week announced its iCloud service, a cloud computing solution for consumers that won't start shipping to customers until late in 2011. But couldn't we as Windows users essentially duplicate most of this functionality today using existing tools and services? How would this compare to what Apple is promising for iCloud? ...
