Guest tcreek Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Until a week ago the only pictures that were listed as an option to be used for the Desktop Display were the default listing in the Windows Wallpaper folder. Now all of the thousands of photos in the "My Pictures" folder are loaded when I open "Properties" and click on "Desktop". It takes several minutes to load and makes it all but impossible to find a display picture. Only the default pictures still show in the Windows Wallpaper folder. How do you remove the "My Pictures" photos from the Desktop Display Properties and get back to only those choices listed in the Wallpaper folder? This is obviously caused by some glitch in XP as others have this same problem. Quote
FPCH Admin AWS Posted February 6, 2011 FPCH Admin Posted February 6, 2011 You must have browsed to that folder to find a desktop background. You might have to do a registry edit to reset the default. Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
