Any Problems To Look For In Upgrading From 2007 To 2010

I am considering upgrading from Office 2007 to Office 2010 and wondered how smooth the process is and if there are any known problems I should be aware of before I begin. At times when I have upgraded programs it takes quite awhile to work through all of the problems created.
