Such a directory does not even exist on my PC.

C:\Users\johnbrockbank\Documents is virtual and shows in WinExplorer as

 

C:\Users\johnbrockbank\My Documents

Don't be such a pedant. OK - I missed out the "My". Which certainly DOES

 

exist.
