Posted June 23, 201014 yr I've alredy know, that ASSERT macro in drivers doesn't cause BSOD in vista and further. But in user-mode applications assert is also doesn't cause the debug prompt dialog "Break, Retry, Ignore". For the drivers, I can use NT_ASSERT, but what can I do in user mode? How can I make it stop on assertion and wait until I connect debugger?
