Guest SGTE Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 I have Windows 7 installed just 2 days ago. The software for my Canon Lide 700F scanner stops working bow. The scanner driver still works. The error message received is that Canon MP Navigator EX has stopped working. I have tried uninstalls, reinstalls, different user accounts etc. But after a short time the software stops working. I have talked to Canon support who say that this is a Microsoft problem, probably caused by a Windows update. Can anybody assist with this please? Quote

Have you tried using system restore to roll back to a dat before you got the update? Try doing that and then installing your drivers to see if that fixes the problem.
