ICTCity Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 i am trying to install 2008 on a dell poweredge 2850 (64bit). i have the DVD. it wouldnt load up at start up. i created a floppy via: MKDIR A:\BOOT XCOPY /H C:\bootmgr A:\ REG SAVE HKLM\BCD00000000 A:\BOOT\BCD i get the following error (see image attached) i have a logical drive showing on the scsi adapter (i created a mirror 1 array) What does "it wouldnt load" means? It doesn't start from DVD-Drive? If so, does it ask to press a button or simply doesn't try to check the DVD-rom? The error message simply says that it can't find A:\ because of it isn't accessible.
