Thanks for not only reading my inquiry about file back up but for reading it

 

carefully enough to sense my fear of tackling something over my head. I can

 

move around pretty well between folders and programs. I have used

 

spreadsheets for years but before I retired we always had Data Processing

 

personnel to recover lost data. I have set up the peripherals on my computer

 

many times so I think I can handle an external drive.
