And the update's (or updates') KB number(s) is/are...?

 

 

 

WinXP SP2 or SP3?

 

 

 

Check your WindowsUpdate.log (%windir%\WindowsUpdate.log) for this

 

information as well as errors associated with the failed installations (one

 

assumes).
