Nope. He is the genius that thinks the Registry is the Windows kernel

 

and the Ubuntu is built on Gnome. He was wrong on those two counts so

Not yet. Everything just works right out of the box. The printer was

 

easier with Lucid. Plug in the printer and Ubuntu automagically

 

configures it and comes up with a translucent message stating that the

 

printer is ready to use.
