Posted August 15, 200717 yr I have a user who opens and prints docs using the windows file and fax viewer in windows xp. However, her print icon on the bottom toolbar is suddenly missing. I tried the command regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll to reinstall but it didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks
