5719 Event ID - "...not able to set up a secure session with a dom

Hi.

I get this error on my Vista (Ultimate) machine if I try to login away from

the network. The machine will reboot 4-5 times with a "windoes has

encountered a critical error and will close in 1 minute". No other users

experience the issue.

Is there a Group Policy setting being applied here preventing local access

unless a DC is available?
