We are currently using Windows Server 2008 in our office. Our local IT guy has very little experience in servers and thus am looking for additional help.

We currently have a couple staff working from home full time and are using a third party application for remote access. This software does not allow access to their microsoft outlook nor to the computer drives (c: drive etc) while connecting remotely.

Is there any way we can set up their homes so that they can access the server and their local drives as well as have access to our exchange server?

Hi there.

if users are using a REMOTE ACCESS (I think it's a VPN), I can't see why they can't reach outlook and others stuffs. What's the program's name? Once a user is logged on via that software, what he can do?
