Error number: 0x8024400A

Hello there Steve,

To fix this problem permanently you will need to install kaspersky antivirus

for the 30 day trial period, at first you wont be able to install as trial so

choose to activate later, after you've succesfully installed kaspersky,

download malwarebytes and install it as well. After you do that, scan your

computer with malwarebytes he will find 4 viruses and a few bad registry

logs, try to fix them with your initial antivurus (symantec, microsoft

security essentials or even with the kaspersky you installed recently). Then

try to update your kaspersky, it should get stuck at 90% and he will find a

few viruses as well, delete or quarantine them and you shouldn't receive that

error anymore.
