Problems with installation of security update kb969615

I have Powerpoint viewer 2003 and 2007 installed. I keep getting message to

install kb 969615. which it wont install. Question: Do I need Powerpoint

viewer 2003. Can I uninstall it. MIght fix the problem. cepal
