Vista Problems

Hello everyone,

 

I have had several problems with my computer.

 

First of all when I turned my computer on I got a message saying:

 

'Your computer is suffering from a recent hardware or software fault.

 

The file is windows/config32/config/system.

 

My windows would not come on.

 

It said that windows failed to load because the system reistry file is

 

corrupt or missing.'

 

I was then instructed to repair windows however it would not let me. As

 

a result of this I was told to do a new install.

 

Finally once I tried to re-install windows vista I got a message

 

reading:

 

'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected

 

Error. Windows Installation cannot proceed,. To install Window, click

 

“OK†to restart the computer, and then restart the installation'

 

 

 

Can someone out there please help me as I don't know what else to do.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
