We have a 2003 R2 member server on our domain network running a single server

topology install of FCS. Reqs such as SQL 2005 etc also installed on the same

server. All databases reside on this server.

On the surface, everything seems to be working fine however the event viewer

is filling up with the following warning every 5 minutes:

SQL Server Scheduled Job 'OnePoint -

TodayStatisticsUpdateComputersAndAlerts' (0x736BF0110F2315448092B509B5F7F8AD)

- Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2010-03-16 23:25:00 - Message: The job failed.

The owner () of job OnePoint - TodayStatisticsUpdateComputersAndAlerts does

not have server access.

This seems a permission / SQL permission issue. Can anyone shed any light on

how to resolve this?

To aid, I would add the following info:

We use a single account DOMAIN\FCS-DAS to do everything.

This is a local admin on the member server.

Its in the local MOM admins group.

Its in the local MOM users group.

Its in the local SC DW DTS & Reader group.

In SQL server DOMAIN\FCS-DAS hasa public only server role.

User mapping: OnePoint: db_owner & public, SystemCenterReporting: db_owner &

public (roles) only.
