Puzzling entries in the 'microsoft.public.test' Usenet newsgroup

This is an example - there is an entry like this every few minutes!

I searched for such entries on Microsoft's 'Communities' Groups and found

only this response:-

"Your query for "user@domain" did not return results."

Someone must know why such posts are made and the reason behind them -
