Posted April 7, 201014 yr Just recently I have been unable to download email attachments that require word. I have Office 2007. When I download a mail attachment (any mail, Yahoo etc, not just Outlook) I get a File conversion message pop up. It doesn't matter what I click on, nothing opens, well it does but you can't read it. This never used to happen.
