Posted August 14, 200717 yr Hi, I am running Home Basic 32-bit. Whenever I run a full-screen game or other program, for the first time after my pc is turned on, the program automatically minimizes while at the black screen with the windows circle loading icon (just before the game screen appears). Once this has happened though, it does not happen again with any other full-screen program until the computer is restarted. Several other people running the same OS experience this problem. Any insights on how to fix it or report the bug to Microsoft with paying to do so?
