Posted April 14, 201113 yr I have a windows server 2003 network with two domain controllers. I have installed the first windows server 2008 server but I have not joined the domain yet. Should I run forestprep or dcprep before joining the 2008 server to the domain. The 2008 server will not be a domain controller.
April 14, 201113 yr No, it's not needed, just make sure your 2k3 server supports 2k3 clients and above (not only 2000). -------------------------------------------------------- Tu peux aussi crire en franais.
