recently I upgraded my server from windows 2003 to windows 2008 sp2

and now I want to create a "name server" to host my domain but I can't open "server manager" as when I click on it's icon the "computer manager" runs instead of it.

also when I log in to win it start but hangup on "collecting data" and then close automatically

please help, thank you

I had the same issue months ago.

 

You have to repair or reinstall windows server.

 

I'm telling you that because after investigating for days, I didn't found any other solution.
