Control Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore

Hi. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

For a week now Ive not been able to click on a number of links in Control

Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore. In particular manage space and

change settings. Any ideas what might be preventing these from running?
