Synchronize Web Folders

I have 2 Windows 2008 Web Servers setup to load balance with each other. I would like to synchronize the websites on the 2 servers, preferably in realtime. Files need to be sent either way as users have the ability to upload files so there is no guarantee which server they will end up on.

 

Not sure of the best way to do this ? 3rd party software ? XCopy / RoboCopy ?

 

Anyone else had to do something similiar ?

I use a software program called deltacopy. It's like xcopy with a gui. It should do just what you want.
