No more associated phrase(or hints for word) for New Changjie 2003

I have been using New Changjie IME 2003 to help me input chinese characters

under windows XP Eng. Whenever i type & first code + * + last code for

changjie input, there is a list of chinese characters from which i can choose

the right one. But today, i repeat the same input but there is no more

associated phrase or hints for chinese characters. How can i solve this

problem ? I try to uninstall IME 2003 but it seems it's successful. But

when i try to reinstall, it said there is already an updated version so that

I can't reinstall.
