Transparent Menus Problem

Hi,

 

I'm having a little trouble with transparent menus in Vista. When I

boot up into vista everything works ok apart from when I try to access

any menus. They seem to be transparent.

I have to go to the desktop and click Personalize->Window Color and

Appearance and then close these dialogs, everything works fine!!

I happens on my desktop as well as my laptop with different graphics

cards.

I've updated both to the latest drivers but nothing works.
