Hi All,

I've been trying to resolve a sticky issue. We are getting this issue on two

of our servers

Description: The shadow copies of volume E: were deleted because the shadow

copy storage could not grow in time. Consider reducing the IO load on the

system or choose a shadow copy storage volume that is not being shadow copied.

We are looking at shadow copies on three partitions on one disk. C:, D:, and

E: The shadow copies are scheduled 15 minutes apart 7:15, :30 and :45 am.

C:'s limit is set to 3127MB and it uses 3000MB, D: is set to 10435MB and it

uses 10001MB, E: is set to 10435MB and it uses 3000MB. The E: drive is the

one reporting the error. The paging file is 2046-4092MB and on E: the

recommended size is 6135MB.

We've implemented http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925799, moved the shadow

copies, waved a dead chicken over the server, nothing seems to get rid of

this. It doesn't appear to be a space issue as there is plenty of space on

all the drives.

Anyone hav any ideas?
