When I right-click a message in my Windows Mail Inbox and select Print from

the context menu, the heavily underlined, bold header shows the "Preferred

Name" of my default email account, not the name of the actual account used

for that message - even though the message properties show the email address

for the account actually used. It is misleading and in fact I can't see any

point of showing this information on the top of the message at all.

Sometimes I send messages to committee members, not all of whom are online,

and to the off-liners I sent hard copy of the messages. It confuses them and

I find it inconvenient to delete the header by hand every time. Any ideas

for correcting this behavior or, if not, for removing the silly heady

altogether?
