Posted July 31, 200915 yr [Crosspost to Vista Security] What "original 2003 CD" are you referring to (e.g., a CD that came with your WinXP computer a NIS 2003 CD)? If the Vista computer came with a trial version of any Norton application installed, you will have to (1) uninstall it and (2) download & run the Norton Removal Tool before installing any other anti-virus application or security suite (including a Norton application). -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Client - since 2002 Carol & Ray Reilly wrote: > I just bought a New Dell Inspiron 546 with 4 GB of RAM and a AMD 9650 Quad > processor running Vista Home Premium.
