Performance log problem

For some reason, I can't start any perfomance logs.

 

A search on Altavista and Bing.com did not come up with anything that

would fix this problem.

 

Anyone have any things for me to check for ?

 

PsTools which is supposed to run on XP, doesn't on mine.

 

These next 2 programs let an Admin run programs with lower privileges,

but none of these are working as they should.

 

(I have Net Framework 2.0 installed.)

 

SetSafer works with Internet Explorer but not with Firefox 3.51.

 

DropMyRights also doesn't work.
