Cannot execute the files under a Chinese (Big5) Character under Vista Prenium UK Lang

I bought a new note book with Vista Prenium 32BIT OS for US language

interface

I can see and read the directory build by chinese (BIG5) characters.

However I cannot run the exe (like setup) files for those directories.

The problem can be solve if I change the folders texts to english

letter...But I cannot do that at all if running some share folders

builded by chinese characters with my colleague..

I don't want to change the os language too and I just want to know is

there any methed to solve the above problem?
