Forum Hyperlink Problem

this happens on this forum & others, but not all of them, cdfreaks works

ok, 1st picture)

i used to be able to use the hyperlink like this, which gives you the

option to delete the second part of the link to add in your own text

but now i get this (thats me added a hyperlink below)

is there a way i can use the top picture on all forums
