Offline Files: Click Synchronize does nothing

Hi,

 

Today, I encounter a strange behaviour: a user is using Offline files

synchronization but when he clicks on Synchronize button nothing

happens: No synchronization window, no error, no eventlog...

 

I checked his database cache with csccmd /checkdb but it returns no

error. So the cache is not corrupted.

 

Does somebody have an idea?
