CA Anti-Virus users worldwide are being plagued by what's turned out to be a

False/Positive detection of W32/AMalum.XXXX infections!

 

One user posts, "I've got a virus-infection alert while surfing the

internet. After which, the Windows File Protection window pops up which

states that the files required for Windows to run properly have been

replaced by unrecognised [versions and prompts] for the Windows XP SP3 CD to
